Is Jason Kid A Hall Of Famer?

Marcus McConico - No doubt Jason Kidd is one of the all time great point guards. His overall numbers during his 19 seasons is impressive. Jason Kidd's assist, 3-pointers made and his 107 triple-doubles is probably the stats that stands out the most to me and is probably what gets him into the Hall Of Fame.

Even though these last 5 years the stats and numbers for Jason Kidd has not in my opinion been hall of fame numbers. Yes! I know he has gotten up there in age and the coaching styles of different coaches may have affected his numbers. But these last 5 yrs. have been horrible to watch the future hall of famer play. I mean watching a 40 year old trying to guard a 23 or 25 year old is like playing basketball with my son. I really like Jason Kidd, but I think he tarnished his legacy a little bit. He should have retired along time ago.

Since joining the NBA in 1995 he has been outstanding in almost every aspect of the game and the one accomplishment that stands out to me is the NBA Sportsmanship Award.

I never got the chance to meet Jason Kidd, but growing up watching him play has been a memorable moment for me. He has played the game, as it is suppose to be played. He understood what it takes to be great and how to survive in a league that has so many different elements that effect your overall mindset. Jason Kidd to me is one of the great ones and in my opinion is a Future Hall Of Famer.
