"Let's Act Now" is the Theme of the 13th Edition: We, Inhabitants of the Earth, have become Aware of Our Fabulous Cosmic Story that continues to be revealed to us by Scientists. And it is precisely in These Times of Wonder when these Discoveries are brought to us, that Paradoxically we realize the Extreme Fragility of Our Biosphere.
"Let's Act Now" is the Theme of the 13th Edition: We, Inhabitants of the Earth, have become Aware of Our Fabulous Cosmic Story that continues to be revealed to us by Scientists. And it is precisely in These Times of Wonder when these Discoveries are brought to us, that Paradoxically we realize the Extreme Fragility of Our Biosphere.
Among the 8.7 Million Living Species identified, All Inherited from 4 Billion Years of Evolution, we are Today the Only Species whose Activities are a Risk for Life on Earth. In Recent Decades, we have come to realize that We Humans are Actors in the Destiny of Our Planet.
This 13th Edition of the "Festival Atmospheres" will question, through Cinema, Art, Science and Public Participation, the Paradox of an Era of Great Technological and Scientific Advances confronted with Ecological and Social Injunctions. The Solutions Exist and allow us to fertilize Our Imaginations towards the Emergence of New Models: Let's Act Now!

What if what constituted “Living Together” depended on what we tell Each Other Collectively? Feature films, Series, Sound Fiction and Short Films are Great Tools to inspire Imaginations. To make New Stories Of Hope come True, the Festival organizes Competitions open to All and Free Of Charge as well as a Course Throughout the Year to support Screenwriters.
