Grand Palais built in 1900 for one of the most spectacular World Fairs, that welcomed 48 million visitors, hosted the Louis Vuitton Exhibition called “ Fly-Sail-Journey“ during 2 months until end of February. The exhibition was managed by Olivier Saillard. It traces the story of Louis Vuitton.
ONCE UPON A TIME LOUIS VUITTON CREATED THE MODERN DESIGN AND TRAVEL LUGGAGE------------------
At the dawn of a new century, Georges Vuitton was in charge of the "Travel items and clothing" section. The Louis Vuitton stand out then in the unexpected form of a carousel and becomes the center of all the attention, with luggage and bags most innovative and elegant House.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Louis Vuitton presents "Fly, Sail, Journey - Louis Vuitton" at the Grand Palais from 04 December 2015- 21 February 2016. Under the leadership of Olivier Saillard, general manager of the exhibition that traces the story of the Maison Louis Vuitton, from 1854 to today, through portraits of its founders but also of those who invent today Louis Vuitton tomorrow.---------------
