he second edition of the Dialogue with Islam in France brought together Mr President of the CFCM, rectors, imams, politicians, before the PM Manuel Valls and Bernard Cazeneuve the Minister of the Interior March 21, 2016. Here is the Part II of Interior Minister´s Remarks.

“This initiative was also revealed through the debates that were held twice in all the departments of France, the immense thirst of the Muslims of France for dialogue and engagement will. These high aspirations are expressed so rich, demanding and lucid since we want the request well. You have been today the spokesman of all those who have spoken thousands during these preparatory discussions at prefecture on the theme of prevention of radicalization, and feel mobilized by this interest to the cause public .Finally, as has been said this morning, the commitment to action that we took in June 2015 didn't stay a dead letter. Working groups have been set up, decisions have been taken, the resources have been released by the administration to address the issues we identified in the first dialogue of the Forum meeting. An irreversible process began.--------------------------------------
Thus, the goal of doubling the number of "civil and civic 'training to allow chaplains and imams to follow easily throughout the territory has been met and exceeded. These courses are made compulsory for binding chaplains and for the foreign imams detached.“ Interior Minister, Bernard Cazeneuve, stated.
