President of COP21, Segolene Royal, congratulates India for ratifying the Paris Agreement. This ratification brings three positive effects:The emission threshold for the entry into force of the Paris Agreement is approaching 55%. India represents 4.10% of global emissions of green house gas.

The President of the COP21, Segolene Royal, congratulates India for the ratification of the Paris Agreement. This ratification brings three positive effects---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. The emission threshold for the entry into force of the Paris Agreement is approaching 55%. India representing 4.10% of global emissions of greenhouse gases, bringing the total emissions covered by 51.89%.----------------------------------------------
